These SMS Terms govern the text messaging program operated by VirtuGrid, LLP ("VirtuGrid," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

When you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our Site, you agree to receive recurring calls and text messages from VirtuGrid — including by automated technology — about your home battery and energy assessment, appointment scheduling, account or service updates, and related offers.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to request or receive an assessment or any of our services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. VirtuGrid does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out

You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further marketing texts unless you opt in again.
