Accessibility Statement

VirtuGrid wants everyone to be able to learn about our program and check whether their home qualifies, including people with disabilities. We design and test the Site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we've done

• Every page and form can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
• Text and background colors meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, and links inside text are underlined.
• Pages use proper headings and landmarks, form fields have labels, and meaningful images have text alternatives.
• Our explainer video has English captions and Spanish subtitles.
• Layouts adapt to phones and to browser zoom, and animations respect your device's "reduce motion" setting.
• The accessibility button at the top of our homepage lets you enlarge text, switch to a more readable font, turn on high contrast, underline all links, and reduce motion.
• We check our pages with automated accessibility testing tools and review them by hand.

Known limitations

Our legal pages (this statement, our Privacy Policy, SMS Terms, and Terms of Use) are currently available in English only. If you need any of them in Spanish or in another format, contact us and we'll help.
